The last couple of years my family and my husband’s brother’s family have taken a family vacation to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. My kids love Gatlinburg. First we take our camper and we are camping, or glamping and then there is so much to do in Gatlinburg. We have yet to do everything one could possibly do there, I think that would take many trips. A discovery we made our last trip was the Pancake Pantry. There are tons of pancake restaurants in the Gatlinburg area but this is the place my family will be and many other families come back to year after year. My family loved their pancakes. I wish they had some gluten free ones that I could have tried but they didn’t. I was able to try their peanut butter syrup that my kids ordered with their pancakes and oh my goodness it was good. I decided that I needed to figure out the recipe to make at home.
