The year is winding down and in what feels like an instant, it is December. For My Hot Southern Mess, that means it is time for our 12 days of Homemade Christmas.

Homemade Christmas 2018 | My Hot Southern Mess

It is hard to believe that 5 years ago I decided to start a series on my blog celebrating Christmas. Being the 5th year it was hard to decide what Christmas goodies to include and I have kept my family busy as I tested out different recipes. I have shared many of our most favorite, tried and true recipes already but I found a few recipes. The recipes are old family recipes, favorite recipes with a new twist to recipes I have been wanting to try. There is something for everybody and I hope that you find something to share with your friends and family!
