Hello, my name is Debbie and I am a klutz. This is a trait that I have passed down to my kids. Being able to trip over our own feet doesn’t stop our family from being active. We are always outside and doing something. We hike and bike, float down rivers and more, we are just prepared and I always have our first aid kit ready for whatever may happen.

Having a first aid kit or two is a must that any family needs. I have one kit that stays at home in my bathroom and then I keep kits in each of our cars. With my oldest driving his own car I gave him the first aid kit from my car.  This meant I needed to go shopping and make a new kit. Since I have been extra busy lately I decided to shop online at Target and take advantage of their in store pick up option. An added plus to shopping at Target is that they have a great deal going on too! If you buy 3 participating Johnson and Johnson products you get a free First Aid Kit Bag.

My shopping cart filled up quickly with different Johnson and Johnson products to fill my first aid kit. Being able to pick up my online order at the store was easy. All I had left to do was put together the first aid kit and get it ready for my families adventures.

While I keep a first aid kit in the car, it doesn’t stay there. It is my grab and go kit for when my kids and I are out doing things.

I always throw the first aid kit in my bag. I have a tendency to trip over my own feet and my kids have inherited my klutz gene. We always seem to need our first aid kit for something.

DIY First Aid Kit for Active Families While I keep pretty active training for marathons and half marathons, doing things like, riding mountain bikes with my 17-year-old son and trying to keep up with him reminds my body that it is almost 40, not 20, every single time. While we may need to stop to fix him up after a bike trick gone wrong. There is also a chance we need to stop for me because I have some sort of ache and pain that has me reaching for some BENGAY® Ultra Strength Cream.DIY First Aid Kit for Active Families When used as directed, BENGAY® products temporarily relieve the minor aches and pains of muscles and joints in adults and children 12 years and older that are associated with: backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.

A bit of BENGAY® Ultra Strength Cream is just what I need to help relieve my achy and sore spots so I can get back to keeping up with my teens. Which is a good thing because my family has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. Adventure is out there and we plan on finding it.
